I learned the art of holistic-minded bodywork from The Wellspring School for Healing Arts in Oregon. I am pleased to offer a variety of bodywork styles and bring my 8+ years of massage experience to the Des Moines area. My style is often described as a dynamic blend of deeper therapeutic work and gentle relaxation techniques. I often use a combination of Eastern and Western massage styles to create a unique and well-rounded massage experience. I enjoy setting the intention of helping others find moments of peace from the intensity of daily life, and to help reconnect and deepen their relationship with their physical bodies.

In my spare time I can be found volunteering with Polk County Conservation or the DNR, taking art classes at the DSM Art Center, weightlifting, bicycling, or reading fiction novels! I am typically quite the homebody, and enjoy tending to my many houseplants, gardening, and relaxing with my husband, daughter and our cats, Finnegan, Maisie & Catrick Swayze.
