I learned the art of holistic-minded bodywork from The Wellspring School for Healing Arts in Oregon. I am pleased to offer a variety of bodywork styles and bring my 7+ years of massage experience to the Des Moines area. My style may be described as a dynamic blend of deeper therapeutic work and gentle relaxation techniques. I often use a combination of Eastern and Western massage styles to create a unique and well-rounded massage experience. I enjoy setting the intention of helping others find moments of peace from the intensity of daily life, and to help reconnect and deepen their relationship with their physical bodies.

I am quite the homebody, and enjoy tending to my many houseplants, gardening, and relaxing with my husband and our cats, Maisie & Catrick Swayze.
